Senior Executive Manager – PR Contract Management

Job Description

The Senior Executive Manager – PR Contract Management will conduct feasibility studies, data analysis, action plans, and end-to-end execution of all health care and Provider related projects of products and top-ups to ensure the achievement of its goals.

Business Planning

Conduct feasibility studies to cover operational and system needs to utilize opportunities.

Analyze data to find the most suitable business model based on market trends and dynamics.
Support the completion of the charter outlining scope goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timescale.

Identify the external and internal partners for each project and conduct orientation sessions.
Prepare communication tools and learning materials to ensure project awareness among the team

Project Management

Develop and update project workflow maps in accordance with agreed action plans.
Identify and escalate any issues to resolve problems throughout the project life.

Oversee master schedule and project progress to meet the timescales and milestones of the project.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to complete assigned tasks.

Archive all projects documents following projects completion

Projects Implementation

Ensure that all concerned stakeholders are aligned on project execution.

Conduct pressure testing for projects milestones and operation process
Follow up the implementation during the nursing period in order to ensure compliance of internal and external stakeholders.

Reporting

Track and report project milestones and provide status reports
Develop and maintain a projects dashboard outlining utilization KPIs

Report the workflow map on a weekly basis.
Complete the reporting charts and share their progress on a timely basis.

Skills

Years of Experience

5 - 10 years of relevant experience

Skills Required (Technical/Managerial)

Hospital management experience is preferred

Healthcare insurance experience is a must
Project management experience

Negotiation skills
Computer literate

Analytic skills
Business mind and orientation

Other Requirements

Bachelor in Medicine and Surgery
* Postgraduate designation in Business Administration (Hospital management, Data analysis, or insurance business) preferred
