Responsibilities:

* Prepares general reporting on selling, logistics, and all other merchandising performance metrics
* Actively monitor selling performance and provide Merchandising Manager with regular reporting to support this
* Prepare financial and statistical reports for merchandising and initiate appropriate decisions for same
* Monitor all issues and resolve it effectively with help of data
* Look for new insights and opportunities to increase business performance by analysing wealth of data
* Exploring data to generate new insights and opportunities to increase business performance
* Build dashboards and reports to provide both ad-hoc and recurring insights to make sure we make the right decisions.

Requirements Qualification:

* Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or Merchandising
* 3+ years of experience working within the Merchandising function or experience as an Analyst
* Retail industry experience preferred
* Experience using Business Intelligence tooling to dive into data and find pertinent insights to help reach improve your business goals
* Proficient in analysing performance and developing insights to consistently improve performance
* Very strong analytical skills, highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
