• Lead Strategy and work with Strategy Teams and clients to develop and run successful Media campaigns and optimizations across all markets in scope with each client
• Taking ownership of the strategic client relationship and ensuring this delivers high quality and effective campaigns across all relevant channels in scope
• Managing a range of resources to deliver effective marketing campaigns and programs
• Demonstrate an in-depth practical knowledge of Best practice, Optimisation Framework, Account Structure, Bidding Strategy, Targeting types, and their application to campaigns to generate a high standard of delivery
• Management of your direct reports to develop and guide them to gain promotions
• Working with your direct reports and other relevant people within Assembly to produce actionable insights that meet and exceed the client's business objectives
• Producing/developing campaigns
• Actively seek creative and innovative media solutions
• Managing client budgets and project managing campaigns to ensure they are delivered on schedule and avoid missing deadlines
• Developing trusting and productive relationships with clients. Ensuring the managers/executives in the team produce great daily, weekly and monthly meetings.
• Developing effective quarterly and yearly review sessions with key client stakeholders
• Responding to inquiries in a timely fashion and building trust by working in a consultative capacity using your expert industry knowledge
• Advising on digital marketing strategies and helping the new business team by taking active roles in pitches
• Working closely with the key functions within Clients Teams such as Account Management, Strategy, and Business Intelligence.
• Arabic speaker with excellent command of English and Arabic
• Riyadh, Saudi Arabia based
• Excellent attention to detail
• Innate ability to take ownership of an account strategy
• Experience working with retail/fashion clients is desirable
• Passionate about Digital Marketing
• Good understanding of best practices across key platforms
• Comfortable assessing staffing needs or delivering new staff inductions
• Working knowledge of all channels and how they operate and interact
• Create channel strategy, with a roadmap for initiatives and testing
