Job Description Summar
The Electrical site engineer (ESE) in the company is in the sole position for the execution of the electrical work, will oversee the day-day operations, and ensure the works are executed as per the execution plan, budget specifications, and approvals.
It is the responsibility of the electrical site engineer to make sure that the deadline for completing electrical works is met under the supervision of the site manager, and as an electrical site engineer, you will at least share some of the responsibility if someone on your site has an accident.
Responsibilities:
• Initiate and execute the electrical works activities at the project as per the project execution plan/schedule,
Assigning tasks to the Electrical supervisor/electricians Ensure the executed works are as per the approved shop drawings/details, Specifications, etc, and the materials used are approved by the consultant/client.
Overseeing electrical site work) Materials and Manpower demand. Preparing the MR/PR and Timesheets.
• Responsible for the electrical tools withdrawn from the store and used by the team,
• Direct supervision of specialties electrical subcontractors. Responsible for issuing site acceptance for the executed works by subcontractors.
Monitor the productivity rate for the executed rates to ensure manpower utilization.
Prepare the daily/progress reports for electrical works at project/projects
Provide technical advice during execution to eliminate conflicts if any.
Coordinate with other disciplines was required to maintain smooth works execution,
• Responsible for issuing inspection requests and ensuring the works are handed over and
accepted by the consultant.
Electrical Engineering Graduates with an accredited degree in
5 Years of experience as an electrical site engineer in construction projects.
Shall have proven on hands experience in Electrical works execution, and direct contact with electrical supervisors and electricians.
