Job Description

- Demonstrated experience and capability in a wide range of Consultant Agreements and Construction Contracts.
- Demonstrate experience in complex projects from design through construction documents and implementation, including alternative forms of procurement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven attention to detail
- Ability to maintain a positive client relationship and professional firm image.
- Understanding, identifying and assessing project and contract risks.
- Preparing and managing project contracts.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written communication.
- Ability to organize, lead, and motivate people
- Responsible for the deployment of individuals for overseeing and managing the whole project lifecycle from initial inception and business case development estimates, through the design and procurement process and onto the site delivery and commissioning phase.
- Providing guidance and training to project staff on Commercial Issues.
- Supervising contract administration of the projects by the commercial/QS team.
- Supervising the management of contractual cost controls and financial control procedures.
- Supervising the management of projects on all matters related to commercial/contractual matters including claims and dispute resolution.
- Supervises the monthly project cost reports and input to consolidated Monthly Report to clients.

Requirements:
- To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 15 years' of experience in Commercial and Project Management, partnered with a Bachelor's degree in engineering or any related discipline.
- Preference will be given to candidates with extensive experience on Mega Infrastructure projects.
