Roles and Responsibilities
Performs a variety of professional duties involved in developing and delivering nursing services to promote and restore patient health.
• Practices in specialty areas depending on demand in the work setting.
• Provides physical and psychological support for patients, reinforcing patient understanding of the disease, medications, and self-care skills and answering questions.
• Assures quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards; measuring health outcomes against patient care goals and standards.
• Follows hospital and nursing divisions' philosophies and standards of care set by the state board of nursing.
• Monitors all aspects of patient care, including diet and physical activity
• Provides care for pre and post-operative patients when those patients require ICU care.
• Responds appropriately to all levels of emergencies adhering to the organization's policy and procedures
• Triage incoming patients based on level of injury or illness.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Candidates with Active Saudi Data flow or under process can apply.
• Candidates with GNM, and BSc Nursing required.
• Minimum of 2 yrs required.
