Area Manager

• Job Description
  Continuously motivate and coach Sales Executives to meet assigned sales targets.
• Create staffing schedules that ensure appropriate store coverage, whilst consistently delivering the desired brand experience but also keeping within agreed budgets
• Manage stock to minimize loss and maximize availability with reference to quantities and merchandising guidelines
• Ensure operational compliance across the Store / Kiosk ensuring that all aspects of company procedures are adhered to including cash, stock, IT, and security
• Profit and Loss responsibility for the store, with particular attention, is given to controllable expenses and sales plan

Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking to hire who has previous experience in setting up the Shops / Kiosks, Coordination with Mall Management, Local Authorities for getting permits and handling a team of retail sales staff, Recruiting new hires, setting up Retail SOPs, Driving the sales ;

Nationality Preference:

Any Arabic National / Saudi National (Must be based in SAUDI on a transferrable Iqama if you are an ex-pat)

Driving license:

Must have a valid Driving License from KSA

Experience:

Min 3- 5 years of experience in a similar profile handling team. Should be from a Perfume / Luxury Retail background

Age:

Between 28 – 40 years

Education:

Should have min Degree / Diploma and should be able to speak & understand English
