Reports to Health & Safety Field Auditor Team Leader
Division/Section : Facilities Management
Department : Quality & Performance
Role Purpose :
Relative to Health & Safety Compliance - perform internal service delivery standards audits against the applicable
regulations, Safety Management systems, Service Level Agreements and KPIs, and preparing internal service standards
compliance notifications reflecting the results of the work performed within the FM services of NEOM in order to meet
safety and quality standards.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience :
• Proficient, at an advanced level, with computers and relevant computer programs
• Performance and quality audit methodology
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse population
• 5 years of relevant experience
• Must have an understanding of internal auditing standards and risk assessment practices
• Experience in quality improvement preferred
• Ability to work independently, with limited required direction and guidance
Qualifications :
• NEBOSH IGC
• Bachelors’ Degree (H&'S, FM, Engineering, Environmental or another relevant subject)
Salary: As per the market rate
Working Hours: As per Saudi Labor Law
Contract Duration: 01 year
Vacation: 21 Working days every year
Nationality: Saudi Arabia

The candidates current location should be in Saudi Arabia
