Role Purpose :
Working as part of the Technical Services Department of NEOM Facilities Management; the role is to work as an Operation
Specialists this will include working with different teams in the technical services department to act as the main point of contact
to consolidate all the Change Requests (CR) related to technology improvements and plan them with the specialized
team. Also monitor day-to-day operations, while tracking and reporting on performance and recommended actionably
improvements as necessary. The below section highlights the main responsibilities of the operation specialist
Key Responsibilities :
Support all business units in day-to-day operation including, but not limited to, document management, stakeholder
management, workforce management, and contractors management
Acting as the main point of contact to consolidate all the Change Requests (CR) related to technology improvements
and plan them with the specialized team
Coordinate and follow up with the finance and budgeting team to ensure all the IT projects are complying with the budget
and spending timelines
Prepare and develop RFP for different IT projects and coordinate all the business requirements
Coordinate the review, submission status, remediation deadlines, and outstanding deliverables associated
with team members
Collect operational data and analyst reports to forecast expenses and budgets and submit a monthly cost report
Conduct business analysis and research to identify key metrics and opportunities for improvement
Develop processes and procedures to ensure business solutions meet strategic goals
Consult with key stakeholders to determine business objectives and success factors
Continuously improve existing business processes and strive to develop new ones to improve efficiency
Monitor day-to-day operations, while tracking and reporting on performance and recommended actionable improvements
as necessary
Prepare monthly progress reports pertaining to the project status as directed by the Systems Manager.
Work directly with management to provide status updates, and build relationships
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience :
Working knowledge and specialist skills in one or more designated core operational areas, such as administrative,
business, fiscal management.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals and constituencies
in a diverse community.
Ability to establish, implement and maintain operating goals and objectives.
Pro-active, well organized, results-oriented, and a team player with decision-making ability and must provide polite,
cheerful, and prompt customer support as well as present a professional and courteous image.
Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, & amp; SAS, etc)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information
with attention to detail and accuracy
Work is often self-initiated.
Is fully accountable for meeting allocated technical and/or project/supervisory objectives.
Establishes milestones and has a significant role in the delegation of responsibilities.

Qualifications :
Bachelor or Diploma in a related field.
A minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Salary: As per the market rate
Working Hours: As per Saudi Labor Law
Contract Duration: 01 year
Vacation: 21 Working days every year
Nationality: Saudi Arabia
