Job Description

Division/Section : NEOM Operations
Department: COMMUNITY SERVICES
Role Purpose :
Assists in leading All NEOM Communities design/branding programs
Duties :
• Design Community announcements, web pages, brochures, infographics, logos, signs, books, magazine covers, annual
reports, advertisements, and other communication materials.
• Meet with Community services leads to gaining an understanding of what they want their proposed communications to look
like. Create or incorporate illustrations, pictures, and designs to reflect the desired theme and tone of the communications.
• Produce drafts for review by the engagement team and make revisions based on the feedback received.
• Review final productions for errors and ensure that final prints reflect community services specifications.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
• Professional in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Adobe
Freehand, and Adobe After Effects.
• Experience with Microsoft Publisher, Microsoft Visio, Quark Press, Corel, and CorelDraw Graphic Suite, and Apple Final Cut
Pro.
• Experience with web content creation and all other graphic design projects.
• Experience identifying and building relationships with individuals and groups who are impacted by a project.
• Ability to work well with individuals from a variety of different backgrounds and experiences, including community leaders,
residents, service providers, local officials, and elected representatives.
• Ability to facilitate public meetings, present information to the public, and create content for diverse audiences.
• Experienced user of software packages including MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office.
• Professional and smart appearance always.
Work Experience :
Minimums have 5 to 7 years’ of experience in graphic designer positions.
Qualifications :
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a graphic designer.
Bachelor&rsquo's degree in graphic design or relevant qualification is advanced.
Salary: As per the market rate
Working Hours: As per Saudi Labor Law
Manpower Request Contract Duration: 01 year
Vacation: 21 working days every year
