Role Purpose :
& bull; Independently manages and oversees the activities of the Director/Executive.
& bull; Acts as a primary point of contact for both internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the office of
the Director/Executive.
Key Responsibilities :
Complies with company policies and procedures.
Types/word/Excel and presentation support.
Scanning and photocopying the documents for records.
Reviews job requests: schedules run to meet deadlines; keeps records of jobs completed.
Handles all administrative forms for the office department and forwards them for processing.
Operates a variety of bindery equipment including high-speed stapling, binding, collating, folding, and inserting.
Processes departmental incoming and outgoing mail; prepares mail for distribution.
Drafts were written correspondence in response to general, routine inquiries or to request information.
Records minutes at meetings; types/word processes and distributes minutes according to instructions.
Maintains the schedule as instructed and makes tentative appointments; makes arrangements for meetings by
scheduling facilities and services according to instructions.
Cross-indexes and files documents or correspondence in the system alphabetically, numerically, or by other established
method.
Assembles and distributes or mails applications, forms, and general information if requested. Such as letters, memos,
reports, correspondence, manuscripts, technical documents, and forms.
Receives sorts and distributes mail; opens generally addressed mail and distributes appropriately.
Manage diaries of designated personnel with accuracy and good communication.
Manage, control, and distribute all stationery and maintains full stock levels, and request replenishing as necessary.
Manage all consumables for electronic office equipment, including holding enough stock to prevent stock depletion when
necessary.
Records and prepares periodic reports.
Performs other tasks as delegated by management
Knowledge Skills and Experience :
A minimum of 2- 5 years’ experience in a related field.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification related or equivalent to Business administration.
Salary: As per the market rate
Working Hours: As per Saudi Labor Law
Contract Duration: 01 year
Vacation: 21 Working days every year
Nationality: Saudi Arabia
Remarks:
The candidates current location should be in Saudi Arabia
Notice period preferred immediate joining
