Job Description
Reports to FM Systems Manager
Division/Section NEOM Operations
Department Facilities Management
Role Purpose:
Working as part of the Technical Services Department of NEOM Facilities Management; the role is to work as a Web
application developer as this will include managing several technology projects under NEOM operation such as CAFM,
Transportation Management System & Catering Management System etc. The
the main responsibility of this position is to manage and supervise all the development activities related to NEOM operation
digital services using different .Net platforms. Also, to ensure all the development is conducted as per acceptable
development standards and the support model in place. The candidate
should have a strong development background, especially in the .Net framework.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Functional aspects:
• Develop different solution using Out systems platform
• Customize the solution if required using .Net framework
• Ensure all the codes is documented and optimized
& amp; amp; bull; Recommend new solutions/technology that is in line with NEOM operation business system strategy
& amp; amp; bull; Conduct workshops with all stakeholders in NEOM operation to gather and understand their new requirements and to
ensure that it is well documented.
& amp; amp; bull; Develop a detailed business requirements document to describe the business needs to the development team
& amp; amp; bull; Working closely with the development team to develop different applications for NEOM operation
• Monitor and supervise the development activities & identify the priorities
• Plan & coordinate all the development activities
• Recommend a support model for each system/platform
• Evaluate project complexity, limitations, and dependencies of the project & escalate if required.
& amp; amp; bull; Ensure systems are in compliance with NEOM Technology procedures and processes
Technical Aspects:
• Full stack developer
• Experience in managing MS SQL Database
• Strong knowledge and understanding of community systems & technology such as website, booking system, etc.
• Strong programming background
• Abilities to work with different platforms such .Net & Out Systems, & Java Platforms
& amp; amp; bull; Strong working knowledge of SAP Modules, CAFM systems, and interconnection to 3' party systems
& amp; amp; bull; Strong knowledge of reporting (Power BI)
• Experience in API integration (web service)
• Strong knowledge in mobile App technologies
Qualifications :
• Diploma or BSc in relevant discipline
& amp; amp; bull; A minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
• Strong and proven Experience in .Net Framework Development
• Strong ad proven experience in application development
• Strong demonstrable CAFM system knowledge & SAP
• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Salary: As per the market rate
Working Hours: As per Saudi Labor Law
Contract Duration: 01 year
Vacation: 21 Working days every year
Nationality: Saudi Arabia
