Role Purpose :
Assist in the coordination of NEOM Corporate Service operations procedures, in order to ensure organizationally
effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. The Corporate Service Operation Head supports all office stakeholders in the
coordination of the office
functions/events. Supporting the streamlining of procedures, supply partner supervision, space management, general
maintenance, and inspections.
The role will require a high level of interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and a culturally appropriate attitude that perfectly
embodies the NEOM mindset of diversity.
Key Responsibilities :
• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
• Work collaboratively and partner with different departments to ensure that efforts to maintain customer satisfaction are
consistent
• Design and create plans of action for the various stages of the customer service process
• Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
• Create and update databases and records for the office supply and demand
• Forecast of office space requirements based on supply and demand.
• Continuously monitor metrics and leverage customer feedback to drive continuous improvement of service practices.
• When necessary, launch new initiatives and projects that improve upon support-related processes to meet changing
customer needs
• Maintain communication with all end users to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Assists with space planning, office requirements, and any fit-out / minor projects
• Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives
• Ability to innovate and promote bold ideas.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience :
• Effective Communicator – ability to represent confidently and negotiate complex issues.
• Leadership – able to function with no supervision.
• 5-10 Years FM in a Commercial/ Office environment
• Relationship Management – fosters rapport, trust, and confidence with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and external
vendors at all levels
• Customer service orientation.
• Customer Service training
• Strong project management.
• Fluent in the English language.
Qualifications :
• BSc in Business/Facilities Management
Salary: As per the market rate
Working Hours: As per Saudi Labor Law
Contract Duration: 01 year
Vacation: 21 Working days every year
Nationality: Saudi Arabia
