Senior Recruiter – Engineering/Construction/PMC – Arabic Speaker

Job Description
Required to join an international project management consultancy. The successful candidate will join an established talent acquisition team focusing on sourcing candidates for numerous projects in Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities will include
Manage and own the entire recruitment life cycle.
Source technical and specialized skill sets through various tools and provides new solutions and ideas to attract talents.
Negotiate, present offers, and close deals
Successfully liaise with mobilization and HR teams to ensure the successful onboarding of the candidate.

Applicants should meet the following criteria
A degree in a relevant subject
A track record of recruiting within the construction sector in the Middle East is essential.
Will ideally have the expertise in working for a PMC/Engineering Consultancy
Applicants currently working for a recruitment agency looking for their first in-house role will be also considered
Fluent in written and spoken Arabic is essential for this position
