    The Data Management Specialist will oversee data collection, analysis, reporting, and production of the Corporate Services
    department and will ensure the quality of the data produced

  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Owner and Proponent of the Corporate Service database.
  • Collect and analyze data from relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop weekly, monthly, and annual workspace utilization reports.
  • Manages the development of program data and ensures that established data is always up to date and safely stored.
  • Ensures department data is adequate, accurate, and meets requirements before it is presented to the management.
  • Maintain the Corporate Services workspace utilization database.
  • Develop and maintain a Corporate Services dashboard.
  • A proponent of all Corporate Services office technology systems.
  • Oversees and manages assigned data-related tasks, ensuring it meets the requirements and is always updated.
  • Serves as the point person for data-related tasks on an assigned project.
  • Support development, enhancement, and maintenance of multiple datasets.
  • Fields data-related questions and assists with customer-required process reviews.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Present data management updates at internal and customer meetings.
  • Forecast of office space requirements based on supply and demand.
  • Maintain communication with all end users to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
  • Ability to innovate and promote bold ideas.
    Knowledge, Skills, and Experience :
    Manpower Request• Utilization of MS Excel specifically and MS Office package.
    Ability to generate dashboards
    Able to analyze data and generate report outs
    Effective Communicator – ability to represent confidently and negotiate complex issues.
    Leadership – able to function with no supervision.
    Relationship Management – fosters rapport, trust, and confidence with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and external
    vendors at all levels
    • Fluent in the English language
    Qualifications :
    Bachelor&rsquo's Degree.
    Salary: As per the market rate
    Working Hours: As per Saudi Labor Law
    Contract Duration: 01 year
    Vacation: 21 Working days every year
    Nationality: Saudi Arabia
