Job Description
We envisage success in this role to include:
- Coordinating with key Stakeholders to ensure that design related matters progress with minimal to no disruption.
- Attending meetings with key stakeholders to track and update progress related to project activities.
- Tracking and monitoring progress of project and key deliverables.
- Coordinating with various internal and external disciplines with relation to how Design matters could be impacted.
- Tracking, monitoring and raising any points related to project approvals/permissions etc. to ensure KPI's are met/exceeded
- Relaying information to the team in the absence of the Design Manager
- Being involved in keeping the Corporate office up to date with basic project information
Requirements
- To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 5 + years work experience partnered with a Bachelor degree in an Engineering discipline.
- 5 years' experience in a Design Coordination role will be looked for.
