Develop and maintain business capabilities of the enterprise in line with the corporate strategy. Also contribute to business strategy and business transformation plan.
Requirements
Specific Areas of Expertise:
• Design thinking, which enables synthesizing of many ideas into big picture view that shows between business intention and business action
• Understanding of how markets influence business, what are the differentiating factors, what and how value is created
• Soft skills, knowledge of business, systems thinking, change management techniques, awareness in business changes in the economic environment and technology
• Sound understanding of business principles and concepts
