The Job Opportunity
The key purpose of this role is to work with the contracts team at the client site and Finance Manager to develop, analyze, comment, and advise on all client-driven reporting requirements.
Key Accountabilities
Monthly consolidation and analysis of the financials and advising clients on key changes and areas of risk which require urgent attention.
Planning, execution, and reporting based on client request
Preparing forecasts and budgets for the client
Analyzing the data received from contracts and liaising with finance teams across all Business Units to discuss observations, and material variances arising from the data being analyzed.
Overviewing monthly KPI results against set parameters
Overviewing procurement spending at the client’s site
What we are looking for in our candidates:
Coordinating with Group and preparing and submitting any / all information requested i.e. Treasury reports.
Assistance in the collation of data for both external and internal Audits.
Innovating new smart ways of improving necessary tasks
Imparting skills and knowledge and forming back up of position.
Specific requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or similar commerce/business
CA/CPA Preferred
Detailed knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles
Knowledge of SAP financial and accounting software applications
Knowledge and experience of related computer applications including advanced excel skills
Essential technical and professional skills and knowledge
Ability to positively influence key stakeholders within the business
Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections
Good time management and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
Six Sigma certification is a preference (Yellow Belt/Green Belt/Black Belt)
