Job Description
To prepare technically and commercially viable proposals in compliance with client specifications as well as internal and external technical and quality standards.

Main tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Thoroughly study client specifications and project requirements.
Liaises directly with the Engineering, Electrical, Projects, other departments, vendors, and suppliers, indirectly with the client to obtain the input required to produce the optimum proposal.
Review process design, and preliminary drawings and prepare cost estimates based on the client specifications.
Prepares a high-quality, competitive, and professionally presented offer in compliance with the client's requirements and VEOLIA standard text forms.
Keeps abreast of developments in the technology, process, and market. Shares knowledge with other engineers contributing to the overall departmental objectives.
Participates in technical meetings with the client; performs any other duties related to his area of expertise as assigned by the Proposals Manager or his designee.
Qualifications
Job specifications

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. ( Chemical or Mechanical ).
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience

Specific training: Orientation to installation and commissioning. Computer training

Additional Information
QHSE Commitments

Ensure the applicable QHSE Policies and standards/requirements/procedures are being applied and maintained
Liaise with the internal or external interested parties during the QHSE audits/inspections
Ensure that all the work activities at the site/plant/project are controlled with the help of QHSE procedures, risk assessment (or LMRA) & the valid work permit
Ensure the implementation of customer satisfaction requirements
Ensure to report Incidents (near misses, unsafe conditions, unsafe actions &, etc.)
Keep the documented information as evidence ensuring compliance with QHSE Management System
