Job Description
The Planning Engineer is responsible for planning, organizing, executing, and controlling all activities related to shutdown & turnarounds coming under the respective windows of operation. The Planning Engineer will be accountable for delivering and maintaining high standards of customer service through both efforts and safe & timely execution of Project assignments.
Responsibilities:
The Planning Engineer is responsible for Planning and tracking of activities during shutdown/ turnarounds.
The planning Engineer is responsible for communication, including status reporting, making sure the Project is delivered within the budget, on schedule, and within the scope of work.
The Planning Engineer is responsible for implementing the best optimization in handling resources within safe limits in order to improve the economics of each assignment.
Responsible for proper utilization and optimization of equipment & resources to support the overall benefit of the company.
Minimum requirement:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering with a minimum of three years experience in petrochemical/refining/chemical plant maintenance planning. Knowledge of planning software: Primavera & MS Project is an essential requirement.
OR
Diploma in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering with a minimum of five years of experience in petrochemical/refining/chemical plant maintenance planning. Knowledge of planning software: Primavera & MS Project is an essential requirement.
Age limit: 25 - 45 years
