We devise smarter systems to control and monitor oil and gas extraction. Our subsea production systems are industry-leading. Our team is responsible for the quality of products from suppliers. We audit and monitor performance and collaborate with supplies and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and provide quality improvements and solutions.

As a Quality Engineer, you will ensure we align with quality requirements. You will be integral in verifying that our products meet quality standards
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Shaping lean manufacturing activities at the global or local level including methods, tools, roadmap systems, elaboration, and deployment
Managing industrial improvement projects including process improvement, green field, revamp-up or extension, localization of manufacturing activities, etc.
Detecting and signals flaws in approaches, methods, procedures, and processes and suggests improvements
Handling the communication with colleagues and the business about data gathering and analysis
Contributing to the project as a team member
Working on goals take 1-3 month to complete and results are seen immediately or within 1-2 months
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Well Head Operations or Oil Field Quality/Reliability
Have minimum 2 years of experience in Manufacturing operations and quality management.
Be able to ensure all customer reports are issued and resolved in a timely fashion
Have a good understanding of Process Safety Management (PSM) and Health, Safety, and Environmental practices
Be a good team player and display good English& Arabic communication skills
Be able to perform additional work-scopes tasks as required to assist your team and customers' daily operations
