Job Description:

Familiar with the day-to-day organization of RC and DD drilling campaigns, providing direction to drill crews
Core (diamond) and chip (RC) logging and supervision of logging – ensuring consistency
Sampling procedures and supervision of sampling
QAQC Implementation, Monitoring, and reporting
Health and Safety – knowledge within an exploration setting and insistence on setting standards
Input/supervision of daily drill data for use in the exploration database
Organization of junior staff/field assistants
Field mapping skills – recognition of lithologies, structures, and mineralization in the field.
