Full Job Description
This role is responsible for driving the agenda for the Landmark Hospitality HR Team in KSA and will be managing, planning, and directing Human Resources functions and Personnel activities which include recruitment, training and development of employees, employee relations administration, and ensuring the proper communication and implementation of the company's policies and procedures
Key Responsibilities:
Developing, documenting, and periodically updating HR and administration policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations.
Lead employee life cycle processes from Hiring to Exit and ensure compliance as per company process.
Lias with recruitment agencies(Local) and institutions with respect to Talent Acquisition including National Hiring.
Maintain Saudization level for a respective license as per the Local Norms.
Administering the formulation of recruitment, testing, and selection policies, and programs and ensuring the application of the equal opportunity principle.
Supervising the preparation of statistical reports regarding applicant flow, selection, promotions, transfers, terminations, and turnover and recommending remedial actions when needed.
Supervising the development of internal training programs for new employees to get familiar with policies and procedures.
Leverage schemes like HRDF/Taqat/Nitaqat to increase the Saudization level and submit claims to the ministry.
Employee Relations and Grievance Handling.
Responsible for Employee engagement initiatives for the territory and driving the Landmark Happiness movement in the territory.
Manage the entire GOSI process for all the employees, and ensure additions and deletions are done on a timely basis.
Introducing programs to reduce employee turnover for Saudi Nationals.
Ensuring timely updates to Businesses on the key updates related to employment and laws impacting business operations.
Maintaining knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensuring policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance as well as consulting legal counsel to ensure that policies comply with applicable labor laws.
Lead the KSA HR Team.
Conducting periodic meetings with subordinates for reviewing progress and workflow, discussing their suggestions, and taking suitable actions accordingly
Preparing periodic reports with respect to the activities and achievements to be submitted to the Head Hr- Corporate and Territories for review.
Education: Saudi National with Graduate/ Diploma
No. of Years of Experience: 7-10 Years
Nature of Experience:
Strong experience in Employment Legislation and interpretation of Local Labour Law.
Experience in handling the Local Regulatory bodies related to the municipality and the Ministry of Labour and Social Development.
Similar experience in a mid-sized, multi-location organization.
Functional Skills: Well-versed in MS Office & Internet
Behavioral Skills: Good at communication, Good interpersonal Skills, Quick learner, Timeline oriented, Punctual.
