- Fire risk assessment Documents.
- Basic Design Documents.
- Detailed Design Documents.
- Scope of Work Documents.
- Bid review Reports.
- Detailed design review Reports.
- Review all type of fire protection documents.
- Project Final Compliance Report
- Witness of Site Acceptance Tests per NFPA codes / standard related to various Fire Protection Fire Detection systems
Requirements
Technical Qualifications / Experience:
- Hands-on technical experience in the design, installation, inspection / testing, and maintenance of Fire Protection Systems.
- Design of various Fire Protection / Fire Detection Systems to NFPA standards
- Understanding and working experience of American Codes (NFPA and ICC/IFC)
- BSc Fire Protection Engineering or other related degreed – with relevant fire protection / detection systems experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) qualifications preferable
- NFPA Training (preferred)
- Certified Water-Based Systems Professional (CWBSP)
- Certified Hazard Recognition Specialist (CHRS)
- Certified Fire Plan Examiner (CFPE)
- NFPA Certified Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS)
