Job Description

* Recruiting, Training and supervising staff.
* Organizing kids activities / programs.
* Ensuring compliance with safety legislation.
* Managing Budgets.
* Introduce new/advance kids activities to attract the customers.
* Provide on job training to staff.
* Communicate with guests/members and get feedback about activities.
* Sharing ideas to improve/introduce playland area activities.

Requirements

* Bachelor degree in Sports/Leisure/Recreation.
* Must have knowledge of Microsoft (Word, Excel, Power point)
* Strong Leadership Skills.
* Must be Bilingual (Arabic and English).
* Must have minimum 5 year experience in similar field.
