Civil Design Engineer

• Previous experience with Consultant for design work is a must.
• Undertaking technical and feasibility studies
• Using range of computer software for design development
• Liaising with technical office, especially in preparing tender, in SOW analysis and understanding, writing methodology for the implementation of works and method of statement in supervision of Construction site
• Assessing potential risk
• Monitor project and compile reports for the management.
• Reviews Client's technical documentation and requirements.
• Maintains project technical files
• Controls of subcontracted civil engineering documents
• Prepares design specifications
• Develops functional layout of buildings
• Prepares MTOs and BOQs.
• Prepares S.O.W. and technical specification for civil Design works
• Develop civil design, constructive drawings of buildings, plot plans and foundation drawings.
• Implements discipline follow-up activities.
• Implements field engineering activities

Requirements

• Previous experience with Consultant for design work is a MUST.
• Develop civil design, constructive drawings of buildings, plot plans and foundation drawings.
• Arabic speaking & writing is a must. Excellent verbal Communication.
• BSc in Civil Engineering is a MUST
• Experience 2 to 3 years.
