* Calculate and review taxes according to the related rules and regulations.
* Draft agreements, reform tax clauses and identify the tax exposure.
* Communicate to overseas vendors and clarify the withholding tax implications.
* Provide tax advice and planning.
* Meet the ZATCA queries and deadlines.
