AECOM is currently seeking to hire an experienced Senior Advisor, HRBP for a permanent opportunity to work with our HR function.

Job Role & Responsibilities:
+ Responsible for implementing the people programs, processes, and tools.

+ Maintain clear, efficient, and accurate HR transactions and records.

+ Handle employee relations investigations, reports, and processes.

+ Develop and deliver presentations on various HR topics for the leadership team.

+ Contribute to wider People projects & drive business performance through the delivery of people strategy.

+ Developing a detailed understanding of professional services, specifically the roles and business units assigned.

+ Building and maintaining strong relationships with key universities and recruitment agencies.

+ Ensuring a smooth onboarding process for newly hired employees and proactive candidate management to ensure they are engaged throughout.

+ Executing Compensation and Benefits policies, ensuring compliance and competitiveness.

+ Partnering with the business to improve and fine-tune programs to suit business needs.

+ Conducting studies of compensation practices and market rates, analyzing internal and external pay equities, and making recommendations for specific changes and/or general adjustments.

+ Managing the implementation of merit and promotion, increasing programs linked to performance, and developing and monitoring annual salary increase budgets.

+ Marketing available training opportunities to employees and providing necessary information

+ communicating with managers to identify training needs and mapping out development plans for teams and individuals.

+ Coordinate with the L&D team for managing, designing, developing, coordinating, and conducting all training programs.

+ Collaborate on annual plan and talent selection of campus recruitment and experienced recruitment.

Minimum Requirements

+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; Master's degree from an accredited college/university in human resources management or equivalent is preferred.

+ Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience of which at least ten 3 years, must have been at an executive management level / C-level

Preferred Qualifications

+ Professional qualification/ certification in HR Management e.g. Global Professional in HR (GPHR), Senior Professional in HR (SPHR), Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), etc.

+ Solid practical knowledge of talent management disciplines, such as performance management, succession planning, talent planning, competency development, compensation, employee relations, and talent analytics.

+ Ability to manage competing, high-priority demands; prioritizing workload, managing projects, and multiple responsibilities against strict deadlines.

+ Ability to establish credibility/rapport with stakeholders at all levels.

+ Strong demonstration of analytical skills and ability to prepare executive-ready materials, including mastery of PowerPoint and Excel.
