Educational Qualification:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture Engineering
· Certificate in Project Management is Preferred

Main Job Responsibilities
1. Assign a Project Manager depending on the expertise and the project requirement.
2. Review and approve the time schedules of all contractors and proceed with the engineers to create a single schedule including all contractor works (time frame).
3. Coordinate between the contractors when multiple contractors are deployed for the projects through the project manager to provide a better functioning system.
4. Collaborate with the architects, engineers, and construction crew through the project manager to establish the feasibility of each phase of the project.
5. Oversee the Variation Order Request is justified and its execution.
6. Evaluate and Process the Variation Order request.
7. Review Construction/Site risks and issues log and accompanying mitigation measures, providing comments and identifying new risks and issues as required in coordination with the Project Manager.
8. Receive, Analyze and Evaluate the quotations and working Plans from the contractor for the construction.
9. Oversee the execution of works as per the scheduled plan through the project manager.
10. Supervise the activities of the on-site team(s) engineers assigned to projects to ensure adequate on-site coverage.
11. Guide the project manager to ensure that all contract documents represented by working drawings and specifications are properly executed.
12. Discuss construction problems with the project Manager, evaluate the scope of problems and determine alternative courses of action if required.
13. Review the Team’s recommendations for resolution of construction (quality and safety), scope, coordination, and budget problems, providing comments/further recommendations as appropriate and escalating to the appropriate approvers for swift action.
14. Supervise on Coordination of the interrelating activities of contractors, suppliers, vendors, and customers.
15. Oversee the development of the job progress schedule to ensure that actual construction is accommodated within the schedule.
16. Supervise the reviewing and approving of contractors' and vendors' payment requests.
17. Duty at the site as needed to review progress and quality of work.
18. Oversee the receiving of shop drawings and submittals to ensure compliance with scope of work.
19. Oversee all project managers and assist them if needed.
20. Receive, Evaluate and Approve the attendance sheet for the construction management department employees.
21. Coordinate between the construction supervision employees and the head office.
22. Provide strong leadership to all team members.
23. Review and approve the Monthly reports indicating the situation of the project.
24. Prepare a monthly progress report and submit it to the Head Office.
