Should have experience in Construction and Road maintenance site work.
Good command of laboratory work & soil classification.
To exhibit sound scientific and technical knowledge as well as commercial awareness
Analyze product failure data and laboratory test results in order to determine the causes of problems and develop solutions.
Conduct or supervise tests on raw materials or finished products in order to ensure their quality.
To develop, modify, test, and evaluate materials.
To provide technical advice about the suitability of materials.
To monitor material performance and evaluate material deterioration.
To advise on, planning, and organizing inspections, maintenance, and repairs of civil work.
To plan and implement laboratory operations to meet cost, product specifications, and performance standards.
To undertake relevant research.
To consider implications for waste and other environmental pollution issues of any product or process.
To supervise quality control throughout the construction and production process.
To monitor Asphalt / Crusher plant conditions and material reactions during use.
helping to ensure that products comply with national and international legal and quality standards.
To consider the costs implications of materials used and alternatives, in terms of both time and money.
Qualification

Civil Engineering Degree
Must be registered in the Saudi Council of Engineers
Experience

Minimum 3 Years of experience.
Language

Arabic (Fluency level)
English (Fluency Level)
Other skills

Strong leadership skills
Communication skills (Listening and speaking)
Flexible with proven ability to work under pressure
Strong interpersonal skills
Experience managing multiple subcontractors/trades at the same time
High attention to detail
Track record of delivering upgrade works
