Job Description

The Water and Protection business is currently looking for a new Maintenance Turnaround Planner & Scheduler based on our production site in Al Jubail.

Responsibilities :

Planning Preventive Maintenance & Day-to-Day Corrective Maintenance activities in the field.
Planning Turnaround activities.
Identify task activities necessary to execute the job plan.
Identify materials/tools/equipment required to perform tasks.
When materials availability has been confirmed, store job in the active backlog.
Identify safety requirements necessary to safely perform tasks.
Plan & Secure the required external & Internal resources for PM & CM jobs.
Prepare a job package indicating the required resources, materials, and services.
Checking Manuals, Datasheets, P&ID, and Isometric once required. Attach these documents in Job package once needed
Reviews work orders on a daily basis.
Do the communication with stakeholders, operation, and maintenance as required to ensure all requirements are in place before execution.
Ensure Quality of the job, and do an Audit after each task in the field.
Review daily maintenance report (the Hard Copy, In OPD, in SAP).
Do confirmation and TECO of the work orders in the SAP system, once required.
Do Tracking for opened Work Orders in the SAP system and assign the status for HOLD work orders.
Scheduling PM/CM plans on weekly basis.
Updating Capacity in SAP system based on available manpower.
Look ahead for the PM activities in the SAP system and do preparation as required.
Utilize the maintenance manpower as per the management instructions.
Record tasks/information within the work order.
JSA preparation.
Responsible for MOC planning and implementation.
Build the “week/Monthly/Quarterly schedules” making the most effective and efficient use of available resources and issuing the schedule.
Develop weekly/Monthly/Yearly KPI.
Job requirements :

Strong in SAP system, Maintenance module/Materials module.
Strong in Microsoft Project. Primavera would be preferred.
Strong in Microsoft Office Professional, especially EXCEL & PowerPoint.

Root Cause Analysis technical experience and problem-solving skills.
Education :

Bachelor's degree in science, Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
+12 years experience in Maintenance Planning & Turnaround in petrochemical companies.
Strong Experience in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, and PLC.
