What you will do
The Sales Support Specialist-Retail Solutions will be directly reporting to the Regional Director for Sensormatic Solutions Middle East. You will be part of Sensormatic, a division of Johnson Controls which is a provider of a variety of products and solutions for the retail industry.
You will be based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and directly interact with our customers daily, improving the customer experience and driving continuous improvements in operation excellence. As a member of this team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your administrator capabilities to deliver in a multicultural environment.

How you will do it
As the Sales Support Specialist, you will be a key member of Sensormatic Solutions covering the Middle East region. You’ll provide both the Sales & Service team with administrative support, processing orders, maintaining the sales quotations database, crafting purchase requisitions, and processing invoices. In addition to this, you will also be responsible for crafting the sales pipeline and arranging for meetings with the Sales team. This role will also give you an opportunity for frontline exposure as you will be needed to meet customers as and when required.

You will support the Regional Director, providing monthly reports on activity, processing orders, coordinating project delivery, and working closely with the finance department to ensure timely order to cash processes.

What we look for
Required
• University degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years of experience as customer technology support or Inside Sales within the real estate industry within GCC
• Experience in working in or handling clients across real estate or shopping malls within GCC
• Strong Digital literacy, including MS Office & Outlook
• Fluent language skills in English
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good attention to detail, process-oriented and customer focused

Preferred
• Experience working in Administration or Coordination roles in the Retail / Service sector.
• Proficient language skills in Arabic
• Valid KSA driving license
