Instrument & Control Engineer

Job Description
1 . Having a BS degree in control and instrumentation engineer
2. Having a minimum experience of 10 years in running a plant such as a petrochemical plant or refinery (not construction and commissioning experience)
3. Having experience in troubleshooting instrument assets such as control valves, transmitters, level transmitters, and others
4. Having experience in maintaining Yokogawa CS3000, Honeywell, Emerson DCS, and ESD systems from all aspects such as configurations, networking, spares maintaining, and upgrades
5. Having experience in PI/Ph.D. system operation and maintenance
6. Bill of materials development for all instrument assets
7. Scope of work for overhauling/servicing the instrument assets
8. Leading RCA for any instrument assets failures
9. Liaising with OEMs for upgrades proposals and development and review
