Job Purpose
This position exists to perform analyzing user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems efficiently, in a timely manner, and quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments within a wider scope.
Functional Responsibilities
Policies and Procedures:
• Development and improvement of Corporate Governance and authority management policies procedures, frameworks, manuals, and charters.
• Ensure the quality of developed policies, procedure, and matrix and their effective deployment.
Automation and Digital Transformation:
• Initiate and develop End to End automation and digital transformation projects/initiatives for Corporate Governance.
Authorization:
• Develop and update alfanar authority matrix and other levels of authority matrix.
Best Practice:
• Timely update of Corporate Governance documents and practices to follow mandatory legal requirements and regulations.
• Continuous injection of new Ideas.
Other:
• Support other Corporate Governance and authority management functions tasks as assigned by management.

• Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, and procedures, and seek automation opportunities as much as possible.
Compliance:
• Comply with related policy and procedures and work instructions.
Health, Safety, and Environment:
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within a defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.

Bachelor in Systems Analysis & Engineering
