Job Summary
We are currently looking for a Warehouse Admin who will support the function with data and logistics KPI analysis and Identify and highlight key areas for attention and improvement.
This is a permanent position, located in Jeddah.
What you will do
Plan and carry out logistics process
Cost improvement initiatives
Support local implementation of global/cluster logistics improvement processes
Provide input to Logistics cost saving activities and follow up
Prepare reports on performance, find and eliminate cost booking anomalies (freight, WH cost bookings)
Loss deployments – coordinate and follow up
Responsible to ensure the correct reception of the material by monitoring the material physically and in the system, including claims within the factory.
Material Ageing, FG, and AddMat stock reporting are responsible.
Follow up and control plant material flow through SAP and ensure that this matches with physical inventory.
Manage consumables and Additional material replenishment as well as related call-offs and inbound shipments.
Assure the safety, Hygiene, and 5S conditions are correctly carried out by the employees in material management at the warehouse.
Responsible for the control and monitoring of the warehouse’s operations management and arrangements of raw material and optimization spaces in the Warehouse.
We believe you have
Engineering degree or equivalent with 3+ years of experience
Fluency in the English Language is required.
At least 3 years of experience in similar positions is required,
Must possess excellent communication skills,
Good Computer Knowledge.
Ability to achieve schedules, good interpersonal skills, Team player,
self-initiative and self-driven, accountable, open to change,
Well organized and proactive.
Good negotiation skills and Cost conscious.
