• An exciting opportunity to join a thriving engineering consultancy based in the Eastern Province of KSA. Established in the region many years ago they work on a range of design and construction supervision projects across the country.
• They require a Director of Engineering to join the Senior Management team.
• The successful candidate will take responsibility for leading the engineering team, providing strategic leadership and advise on how to further develop the business.
Requirements
Applicants should meet the following criteria
• A degree in Architecture or an engineering discipline
• A proven track record of working at a senior level in design consultancy
• Expertise in design / construction supervision
• 10 years post graduation experience minimum
• Strong strategic leadership skills
• Able to lead and motivate others
