Job Description
As a Boutique Manager, you will:
* Provide clients with the highest level of customer service maintaining the brands high standards.
* In charge of sales and/or operations and bringing in new and existing clients through your own references.
* Assists the senior management to monitor the boutique KPIs.
* Ensure smooth day-to-day management, training, coaching and motivation of the boutique team.
* Manage a team of 4-6 professionals.
Requirements
Essential skills and background:
* Bachelor's or a master's degree in business or any relevant subject.
* At least 5-8 years' experience in luxury retail industry providing world class customer service to VIP and HNW clients.
* 3-5 years of management experience running a boutique/store for high end fashion/jewelry/watches.
* Arabic language is a plus and not a must.
