A large global reputable manufacturing business is looking for an experienced Corporate Recruiter to join its corporate recruitment team.
The role will manage high-volume recruitment across Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and HR departments.
Responsibilities will include:
• Taking job brief/requisitions from Line Managers
• Advising Line Managers on the market conditions in relation to available talent and managing expectations
• Updating and adapting job descriptions for current roles
• Sourcing suitable candidates
• Posting jobs on job boards/portals
• Headhunting candidates where necessary
• Working with recruitment agencies
• Conducting candidate interviews and assessments
Desired Candidate Profile
T• Possess at least 4 years experience recruitment experience either in an agency or a high-volume, fast-paced recruitment function
• Have a good eye for talent and be able to manage many projects at once
• Be confident and able to challenge line managers
• Be competent in ATS system
• Ideally have used SAP Success Factors
• MUST be a fluent ARABIC speaker
