Job Description
Managing test teams, and their testing functions. May recruit, hire, and train staff to work on teams that prepare test plans. These teams will follow and ensure that standards, like ISO9000, are being followed. They provide training and job shadowing opportunities for their staff; this allows productivity and works quality to improve.

The Test Manager performs many of the following tasks:

Conducting performance reviews
Maintaining and improving testing roles
Managing tests and test plans
Developing testing strategies
Setting up test schedules
Documenting and reporting tests findings
Supervising test teams
Desired Candidate Profile
6-10 years of functional testing experience in financial services preferably retail and/or commercial banking solutions for both mobile and internet
5-7 years of experience in using JIRA or TFS for Defect Tracking, Zephyr or TFS, or MF ALM/QC/UFT for Test Management
2-3 years of testing banking applications including payments
Experience in testing payment gateways(Volante, Oracle Banking Payments, Fiserv, etc.), Card Systems (Euronet, VisionPlus, etc.), central bank interfaces, etc. will be an added plus
Experience in testing end-to-end internet banking process flows including API / Services Testing will be an added plus
Experience in testing and automating using Selenium or UFT and testing using mobile test platforms like SeeTest, AWS, and UFTmobile frameworks will be a big plus
ISTQB Certification is preferred
