1. Ability to understand the entire life cycle of a project on an end-to-end basis.
2. Capable of managing a complete construction site (Building) including structural and architectural works.
3. Preparing Bar Bending Schedule
4. Allotting Work to Laborers
5. Preparing Schedule of Material Used and Available
6. Plotting Line Level on Construction Site and all surveying activities using survey tools like (total station)
7. Preparing Work Chart Schedule
8. Checking Steel Work of Slab, Beam, and Column before Concreting
9. Checking and Arranging Equipment before Concreting Work Starts
10. Supervision of the Curing Process
11. Stakeholders management
12. Supervising all work stages including all civil and architectural works and focusing on high quality and accuracy of the finishing works.
13. Apply QA / QC procedures for all works during the project
14. Managing all site activities day by day and can control time and cost of project items.
15. Responsible for arranging all material requests and procurements according to the project schedule.
16. Responsible for dealing with the consultant at the site and can prepare RFI and any site requests.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor / Civil Engineering or Architecture.
