Job Description
 Directly manage and develop a list of core accounts through account management, generate & validate billing information, sustain parallel communicate channels, to ensure account profitability, customer satisfaction & new business growth.
 Understanding and building a strong business relationship with the Saudi marketplace.
 Identify new business opportunity, gather competitor information & recommend appropriate action to achieve predetermined business objective.
 Business Planning & Review – determine Revenue forecasts for major accounts explore & recommend business strategy to achieve business development objectives.
 People management – Guide, Support & motivate the team, review & develop performance & potential to ensure individual & organizational objectives are met. Management of overall sales team, build and review pipeline.
 Enabling consultancy, technology, and integration for the Bahrain marketplace.
 Building and selling enterprise hardware and software solutions in partnership with strategic alliances.
 Working on tenders for governments, enterprise,s etc. for horizontal and vertical business solutions.
 Build a team of leading class product matter experts that will drive each specific product area as defined by your solution strategy.
 Work with a cross-functional team, consisting of Microsoft and infrastructure practices, application services, engineering, and customer support practices, to deliver the best solutions to the market/customers.
 Understand the viability of the product/market need/duration of the market.
 Provide a tentative roadmap for the development of the product/solution list assumptions. List Manpower and skills requirements.
 Stay abreast of the current market; develop a solid understanding of competitors& amp; amp; amp;rsquo; product offerings and their customers.
 Monitor competitive environment, including performance and ratings, to determine key activities and trends; recommend actions needed to maintain and improve market position.
 Accountable and responsible for payment collection for the products & amp; amp; amp; amp; solution sold and service rendered directly and as well for the complete sales team through regular review.
 Position products, solutions &amp services within the product line and the competitive marketplace.
 Identify peer group products, solutions & services and develop and regularly updated personally and the team.
 Conduct regular product training presentations to the sales force.
 Identify areas of synergy between technology products, solutions & services and complementary solutions.
 Product / services positioning, features & benefits and unique selling propositions, setting product / services pricing.
 Prepare and maintain key account planning and management plans for all major clients
