Grade: E6

Purpose of the Job

To support the HR Leader in implementing the company's HR strategy and initiatives

Job Responsibilities

Developing HR policies and ensuring employees and leaders understand and comply with them
Follow up with PRO where applicable to ensure employee status is legal in the government portal
Support the HR team in the Saudization plan and recruitment process
Contact candidates and conduct interviews as required
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties (employment offers, disciplinary actions, letters, etc..)
Implement performance appraisal process, evaluation and surveys
Handle complaints, investigations and grievance procedures
Entering and processing data in the HR system
Sharing the new employee’s files with HRSS and follow up
Updating the employee’s files physically and in the HR system
Conducting exit interviews when required
Support HR leaders to reduce turn over rate and improve hiring
Follow up on employee’s time sheets and attendance
Ensure that all employees are following the discipline and dress code
Follow up with HSSE team on Health and safety of employees in warehouses
Visiting other warehouses on regular basis
Job Requirements (Experience and education)

Fresh graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
English and Arabic language is a must
Communication, MS office, time management and email writing skills
Able to prioritize and properly manage workload
Proficient in MS Office
Excellent communication skills
Time management and organizational skills
