Job Summary:

The Commis chef will be assisting the Chef as well as other kitchen employees in food production. Assisting kitchen staff in maintaining high cuisine standards and will be also responsible for assisting CDP and Sous Chef in meal preparations, receiving deliveries, and rotating stock.

Additionally, the role is responsible to prepare special meals or substitute items, and regulate the temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, roasters, etc. Pull food from freezer storage to thaw in the refrigerator and ensure proper portion, arrangement, and garnish foods, etc.

Desired Candidate Profile
Good communication skills.
Candidates must have relevant experience as Commis in Stove / Grill / Pizza / Pastry section.
Candidates presently in Riyadh, KSA preferred.
Candidates willing to relocate to Riyadh, KSA will also be considered.
