Full Job Description
Lead the assigned operations area in an effective and efficient manner in line with the safety and governmental standards capitalizing on the operation manpower and proper utilization of the DCS resources.

Accountabilities

Distribution Center Management:

Lead the operations in line with to all standards (Safety, SFDA, ISO, etc.) to ensure following ISO standards and safety of staff.
Plan the demand fluctuation, Seasonality & Capacity Utilization through orders frequency and execution of Crisis Management to ensure smooth operations, efficiency and high responsiveness
Participate in Supply Chain projects as assigned by the management to ensure delivery of the division’s objectives in effective and timely manner
Lead the daily operations and conduct regular audits to ensure stock accuracy, operation standard compliance and custody compliance
Monitor on regular basis the space utilization/layout and maximizes all storage and pick types to ensure the effectiveness of the DC operations
Supervise the loading/unloading process by performing random checks, reviewing loading, receiving and unloading checklists, , reviewing the safety measures, measuring the temperature and humidity of the DC…etc. to ensure all aspects comply with Nahdi’s standards and with the SFDA regulations
Ensure following the agreed SLA by reviewing the KPI’s report, to make sure that all operations were made according to the agreed SLA.
Team Management:

Manage the performance of the assigned team through monitoring the KPIs achievement, coaching, following up any obstacles, provide performance feedback and conversations & develop action plans when needed to ensure operations are running smoothly.
Conducts daily Operations meetings at the DC to assure shift objectives are being met, keeping DC supervisor and Team leaders informed of priorities.
Manage the manpower of the assigned DCs by coordinating the workload between shifts and departments in order to maintain an uninterrupted flow of work
Employee’s duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.

Indoors: 90%
Outdoors: 10%
Working Days: 5 Working Days
Days off: 2 Days Off
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
