Job Description :

Familiar with all government portals such Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, GOSI..etc
Ensure HR polices and procedures are followed
Handle medical coverage
Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
Ensure that all HR records and databases are documented and filed
Handle all employee's ticketing including annual vacation, emergency, & business.
Handle employees’ documents i.e iqama renewal, exit/re-entry , passport,
Analyze any incidents in a separate report in order to find the root cause of it & prepare the necessary action to prevent it from happening again
Prepare and apply orientation program for all new hired employees
Handle and analyze voluntary and involuntary turnover causes in order to present valid information to the management
Update manpower data in order to facilitate right information to management
Monitoring and following up with the processing of payments for the recruitment agencies to ensure their timely receipt of payment as per agreement
Deal with government and private recruitment agencies i.e. (HRDF, TAMHEER)
Requirements

The candidate must be Saudi

Minimum 3-5 Years of experience in HR

Strong background in employee relations and personnel

Diploma or Bachelor's degree

Excellent in English & MS Office

Good knowledge of labour law
