Job Description
• Act as multi-faced projects consisting of various clients • Identify new areas of opportunities and drive cross-functional optimizations and definition of new Products capabilities • Contribute and support the development of junior resources across Back Office • Ensure stories clearly communicate customer/stakeholder needs to the development team • Work with the development team to clarify any stories • Worked with the development team to take out the best functional requirements. Required Skills:- • Need to work directly with partners/vendors, IT, and Developers to analyze, develop, test, and implement product solutions, improvements, and upgrades. • Meeting the clients and explain about the product confidently. • Overseeing and managing the entire product lifecycle from a strategic level and driving the tactical activities to cross-functional teams. • Participate as a subject matter expert (SME) in strategic sessions to generate new ideas and better solutions for the existing products. • Contribute key inputs to other business lines for support and assistance of related projects • Manage and lead a cross-functional team spanning multiple departments and business areas. Requirements:- • A Bachelor’s degree (minimum) with 3+ years of relevant work experience. • Good interpersonal skills.
