* Develop and streamline cost-effective operations processes for the end-to-end supply chain.
* Develop KPIs to execute and monitor operations processes
* Improve routing systems and best practices
* Develop efficient schedules to minimize down time and ensure full efficiency
* Ensure continuous improvement of critical processes
* Assist in the recruitment of quality technicians into the fleet
* Coordinate training programs and monitor performance of technicians through set KPIs
* Mentor, coach, and reward employees through quality assurance programs
* Manage budgets and forecasts

Requirements
* 8+ years in an Operational field - maintenance or logistics companies preferred
* Proven track record in fleet management or a similar role
* Worked in highly customer-centric companies
* Experienced in managing large teams of various seniorities
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Strong execution and leadership skills
* Strong commercial/business acumen
* Holds a Bachelors degree in Supply Chain or a similar field (preferred)
* Holds certifications in LEAN Six Sigma and/or Operational Excellence (preferred)
