What will be your mission?

Ensure the sustainability of the operations that involve the entire car journey, from the acquisition of the car to the reconditioning, subsequent sale, and post-sale service, seeking high standards/high-performance equipment

What you'll do

Design the strategy for the operations area in order to guarantee the fulfillment of the objectives in the short, medium, and long term.
Develop and manage partnerships with local workshops to manage the entire reconditioning process.
Track performance and cost and quality of repairs to maximize margins and minimize returns/claims
Ensure the highest standard of the reconditioning process to maintain the quality of Kavak cars
Develop and lead key performance indicators for logistics, warehousing, and repairs
Own all processes to meet operational SLAs
Interact actively and constantly with the stakeholders of the operational and/or production processes
Who you are

5+ years leading areas of operational and/or production processes
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related careers
Knowledge of continuous improvement and lean processes
Advanced Intermediate MS Office, Google Suite desirable
Advanced English
