Requirements
Job Description:
? Managing test teams, and supervising their testing functions to ensure that standards, like ISO9000, are being followed
? Conducting performance reviews to team members for maintaining and improving testing roles
? Managing tests and test plans, including test schedules
? Developing testing strategies and documenting and reporting tests findings

Qualifications:
It? Open to KSA nationals
? Male, 50 years old, and below
? At least 11 years total experience as a test Manager/lead or senior role in Banking/Finance industry
? Must have 6 to 10 years of functional testing experience in financial services preferably retail and/or commercial banking solutions for both mobile and internet
? Must have 5 to 7 years of experience in using JIRA or TFS for Defect Tracking, Zephyr or TFS or MF ALM/QC/UFT for Test Management
? Must have 2 to 3 years of testing banking applications including payments
? Immediate joiners are prioritized
