Workforce Planning Manager

Job description / Role
Employment: Full Time
• Lead workforce planning strategic planning efforts and make recommendations of workforce efficiencies and operational improvements to AECOM management.
• Create long-term, interim and short-term forecasts derived from understood business drivers, develop & Maintain staffing plans for long/ short range planning.
• Works with Project leaders to ensure adequate staff, contingency plans and workflow monitoring.
• Forecasts Projects & bids staff demand and manages the scheduling of sufficiently skilled staff based on historical and anticipated volume across all projects both short-term, medium-term and long-term.
• Provide analysis and recommendations to improve staffing levels and efficiency
• Deliver all agreed regular and ad-hoc reports to Management.
• Contributes to ongoing strategic communication; solicits support and feedback from Project Directors and Associate Project Directors as needed.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, finance, general business, accounting or a related field. • Equivalent work experience may be substituted for educational
• Good working knowledge of FIDIC contracts or similar
• Specific systems or tools used – ETABS, SAFE, etc.
• Specific industry and project experience – ports, rail, highways
